It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maria Teresa Toscano (North Reading, Massachusetts), who passed away at the age of 86, on April 5, 2024. She was predeceased by : her husband Pasquale Toscano; and her parents, Giovanni Gataleta and Lorenza Gataleta (Reitano). She is survived by : her friend Pasquale; her daughters, Nancy A. Toscano (Ernie Hartel), Rita Toscano-Coray (Rich Coray) and Joanna Alikonis (John); her grandchildren, Michael Hartel, Kristen Meehan, Rene'Hartel, Alex Coray and Benjamin Coray; and her sisters, Aida Rector and Alba Becton. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cota Funeral Home (335 Park St, North Reading, MA 01864). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Theresa's Church (63 Winter St, North Reading, MA 01864). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (175 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148).
