He was predeceased by: his wife Camille Welch (Arena); his siblings, Patricia MacDonald, James, Robert, Richard and Frank; and his grandson Scott Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Diane, Donna, Billy and Brian (Jennifer). He is also survived by his brothers' and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bill's memory to the Brain Injury Association of America.
