He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph D. Foley and Kathleen A. Foley (Bohan) of Plymouth; his brothers, John Foley of Weymouth and Joe Foley of Weymouth; and his nieces and nephews, Mikhayla Henderson (Kyle), Meaghan Foley and Liam Foley.
