He was predeceased by: his wife Constance "Connie" I. Palmer (Leard); his grandson Theodore Berberian, Jr.; his siblings, Charles Palmer, Westley Palmer, Forest Palmer, Muriel Ryan and Effie Schenker; and his parents, Willoughby N. Palmer and Nina E. Palmer (Harrington).
He is survived by: his children, Clifford B. Palmer (Martha), Dolores Palmer and Deborah Berberian (Ted); and his sister Grace McFee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
