Constance will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip J. Richer and Mary E. Richer (Doyle). She is survived by: her husband David Jacobs; her children, Daniel Jacobs of Portland, ME and Mary Elise Jacobs of Quincy, MA.; her siblings, Matthew Richer of Columbia, MD and Julie Richer of Boston, MA.; and her close friend Kelly Fitzgerald of Shrewsbury, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
