She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Lewis of Bridgewater and Vada Lewis (Dyer) of Armond; and her siblings, Halston Lewis, Judy Lavash and Glenda Auciello.
She is survived by: her husband Gerard Bourque; her children, Robert C. Bourque (Kathy) of Northborough, David P. Bourque (Linda York) of Little Elm, TX, Wendy L. Kettenstock (Frank) of Danville, CA and Glenda Bourque of Berlin, MA; and her sister Wanda of Connecticut.
