Jacqueline C. Phelps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline C. Phelps (Northborough, Massachusetts), who passed away on July 14, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacqueline C. Phelps to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Perry and June Perry (Fiske); and her brother James. She is survived by: her husband Allyn M. Phelps, Jr.; her children, Allyn Phelps, III (Valeria Schmidt) of Providence, RI, Jonathan Phelps of Manchester, NH, Corey Phelps (Kristie Gagnon) of Northborough and Jennifer Krieger (Richard) of Charlton, MA; her grandchildren, Haleigh Mack (Maryanne) of Granby, MA, Kamila Gagnon and Peter Phelps; and her family Holliston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hays Funeral Home (56 Main St, Northborough, MA 01532). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Jackie's family respectfully request memorial donations be directed to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (http://www.dana-farber.org).
