Russell; her grandchildren, Matthew Russell, Lauren Russell, Thomas Russell (Taylor), Mary Russell, Michael O'Connor and Emma O'Connor; and her sister Suzanne Babineau. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (260 Cambridge St, Worcester, MA 01603).
As long time Director, she was revered for her contributions to the growth and advancement of countless small local businesses and is credited with establishing the slogan "Best Town by a Dam Site.".
