He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerard Winkler and Caryll Batterman; his aunt Mary Jo; his wife Robin Winkler; his sons, Justin Winkler, Nicholas Winkler (McKayla) and Jacob Winkler (Emily Olson); and his siblings, Deborah Winkler, David Winkler (Lisa Winkler), Stephen Winkler, Susan Leys (Andrew Leys), Mark Winkler (Trisha Winkler) and Matthew Winkler (Shanda).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hays Funeral Home (56 Main St, Northborough, MA 01532). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Rose of Lima Parish (244 W Main St, Northborough, MA 01532).
