She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Watson and Kara Gale Watson (Murphy); her siblings, James Michael and Rebecca; and her sister-in-law Judith.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Matulka; her children, Jeneva (Adam Joseph Flores), Marian (Chris McSpadden) and Toby; her grandchildren, Lexie (Adrian Orozco), Wayland, Jewel, Ashley, Brandy, Ayden and Ellie; and her pets, Bobcat and Oliver.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (580 I St, David City, NE 68632). A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery - Dwight Hwy. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 699 Kansas St, David City, NE 68632.
