He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Devine and Mary Devine (McInnis); and his brother Joseph Devine. He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Devine (Hume); his sons, Philip Devine (Jennifer), Joseph Devine (Heather), Stephen Devine (Jessica) and Paul Devine; his grandchildren, Joshua, Keri, Lily, Sabrina, Jake and Caroline; and his siblings, Ellen Goetz and John Devine. He is also survived by family and friends, especially those of his grandchildren.
