He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughters, Natalie of Scottsdale, AZ, Caitlin of Lahaina, HI and Erica; and his siblings, Sandra (Sean), Bobby (Diane), Dennis (Annie) and John (Laura). He is also survived by cousins, extended family members and friends.
