He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace B. Sinclair and Mabel Sinclair (McKissick). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Sinclair (Welch); his children, Kathy Cleland, Samuel Sinclair, Jr. and LynnMarie Lange (Jeff); and his siblings, Ronald Sinclair, Paula Fiske, Janet Annis, Phyllis Letendre and Marilyn Banks. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
