He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Halter and Margaret J. Halter (Brennan); his sister-in-law Peggy Motherway (McKillop); and his nephews, Brian Scanlon and Timothy Motherway.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Halter (McKillop); his daughters, Mary Murray (Alan St), Nancy Halter (John Baer) and Laura Garber (Paul); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Murray, Victoria Murray, Meghan Murray and Emma Pereira (Renan); his great grandchild Ava Pereira; and his sister Margaret Scanlon (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Bill’s family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to a charity of one’s own choice.
