It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Michael Costigan of Northbridge, Massachusetts, born in Milford, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his daughter Jessica Baltramaitis (Steven) of Kalispell, MT; his grandchildren, Samuel, Logan and Julianna; his son Joshua Costigan (Jennifer) of Uxbridge, MA; his grandsons, Joshua Jr., Nathan and Aiden; his sons, Kevin Costigan of Whitinsville, MA and Ryan Tvelia (Laura) of Sutton, MA; his grandchildren, Declan and Jameson; his siblings, Ann Schuler of Milford, MA, Robert Costigan (Denise) of Milford, MA, Dr. Richard Costigan (Laurie Costigan) of Boylston, MA, Steven Costigan of Upton, MA, John Costigan of Milford, MA, Charlene McGowan of Leominster, MA and Sharon Sheehan (Daniel) of Valencia, PA; and his former life partners, Lynne Costigan of Whitinsville, MA and Beth Calitri of Merrimac, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
