She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald J. Plantinga; her parents, Merton "Toby" Barrows and Janet Barrows (Smith); and her sister-in-law Karen Wielsma. She is survived by: her children, Rachel A. Nydam (Jonathan) of Northbridge and Daryl J. Plantinga (Karen) of Northbridge; her sister Karleen (Charlie Mohn) of Mendon; her siblings-in-law, Glen, Helena Bloem, Harold, Barbara Plantinga and Earl; her grandchildren, Kevin (Meaghan Nydam), Lydia (Jake Arsenault), Kyle and Claire Plantinga; and her great grandchildren, Haven, Abel Nydam, Jane and Mia Arsenault. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
