She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Nelson; and her parents, Donald Bailey and Pricilla Bailey. She is survived by: her sister Cynthia Munroe; her brother-in-law Carl Munroe; her uncle Carlton Shepard; her aunt Phyllis Shepard; her nieces, Carla Moynihan and Cheryl Kelley; her nephew Christopher Munroe; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Kelley, Owen Moynihan, Madison Kelley, Yvonne Munroe and Lillian Munroe; and her friends, Rita Hall and Annette Mayo.
