He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph, Sr. DeCosta and Lena DeCosta (White); his daughter Debra J. Parker; and his brother Joseph DeCosta, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joan D. DeCosta (Fish); his daughter Dawn M. DeCosta of Dunbarton, NH; his grandchild Hayley Gallo of Dunbarton, NH.; and his nephew Daniel J. DeCosta of Alabama.
