He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Potvin (Chace); his father Leonard P. Potvin; his children, Luke Potvin of Norton and Melissa Potvin (Ethan) of Norton; and his stepchildren, Mark Perry (Kristy) of Norton, Christopher Perry (Shawn) of Norton, Joshua Perry of Norton and Suzanne Perry of Norton.
