He was predeceased by: his parents, James W., Sr. and Edith McGuy (Kay). He is survived by: his wife Martha A. McGuy (Mason); his sons, James W. McGuy, III (Xi) of Providence and Frank McGuy (Carla); his granddaughter Emma McGuy of Connecticut; his great grandchild Keaton; his stepdaughter Susan Manning (Michael) of Beverly Hills; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Melissa and Megan.
