He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Ann Fuller (late Russ Fuller). He is survived by: his wife Amy J. Weaver (Bohnenberger); his father James S. Weaver; his children, Jamie L. Weaver of Norton, MA, Kelly A. Weaver of Norton, MA and Jack R. Weaver of Norton, MA; and his sisters, June Simmons (Mark Simmons) of Weymouth, MA and Joanie Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and dear friends.
