She is survived by : her sons, Maxwell and Nicolas Jolicoeur; her parents, Ronald M. Sullivan, Sr. (Cathy) of Wolfeboro and Patricia A. Jolicoeur (Sciaraffa) of Wareham; her siblings, Lisa Marie Sharky of Boston and Ronald M. Sullivan, Jr. of Marion; and also Jason Jolicoeur of North Attleboro. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and many-many close friends.

In lieu of flowers, Leanne's family has requested that contributions in her memory be made to the Jolicoeur Children's Educational Fund, care of Bluestone Bank, P.O. Box 369, Norton, MA 02766.
