He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Arthur Schatz and Nancy; and his parents, Ida Frank and Frederick Frank. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Frank (Schatz); his son Scott Spencer Frank (Danielle); his grandchild Brynn; his sister Rena Weiner; his siblings-in-law, Lenny, Elaine and Bernie Stone; and his nieces and nephews, Ileen Wright, Gary Stone, Heidi, Lee, John, Jonathan Schatz, Daisy, George Tubin, Lisa, Michael Tubin, Suzanne and Patrick.
