He was predeceased by: his parents, Hosea, Sr. Lewis and Ottney Lewis (Moss); his son Ronald Bailey; and his sibling Hosea Lewis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Laura L. Lewis (Monteiro); and his children, Michael Lewis of Mansfield, Cynthia Bartos (John) of Mashpee, Andrea Lewis of Sudbury, Emmett Bailey of Mattapan, Leonard D. Widdess of Norton, Derek Widdess and Angela Knight. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
