With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William P. Balser of Norton, Massachusetts, born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 21, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie E. Jones (Arthur C. Jones) and William P. Balser; his daughter Susan A. Archambault (Michael Archambault) of North Attleboro; his grandson Richard Balser; and his great grandchild Albert Jacob IV.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Balser (Young); his son David L. Balser (Debra) of Norton; his grandchildren, Steven Archambault of North Attleboro, Michael Archambault of North Attleboro, Jessica Merida (James) of West Warwick and Albert Jacob (Sara Farias) of Westport; his great grandchildren, Courtney Pereira (Steve) of Fall River, Julian Jacob of Westport, Jobe Merida of West Warwick, Jacob Merida of West Warwick, Bailey Balser of New York and Bradley Archambault of Pawtucket; and his great great grandchild Emily Rose Pereira of Fall River.
