It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Svelnis of Norwell, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Svelnis (McLaughlin). He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Svelnis (Peter Brown) of Pembroke, Jane Williams (Kelly Williams) of Wrentham, Susan Svelnis of Braintree and Christine Svelnis (Leo van Loon) of Princeton; his sister Nellie Pezwick of Norwood; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Lukas and Aurelija Williams.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Angels Parish- St Mary's (392 Hanover St, Hanover, MA 02339). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Northville Cemetery.
