He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. and Mary A. Macdonald (MacEachern); his wife Barbara Lorraine Macdonald (Lake); and his brother William Macdonald. He is survived by: his children, Scott Macdonald (Suzi) of Newburyport, Glenn Macdonald (Kerrie) of Newburyport and Keith Macdonald (Sarah) of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Cate, Gus, Stuart, Jack, Charlotte and Bridget. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
