We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2025, Maureen T. Mackin of Norwell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Maureen's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Maureen's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph P. Mackin; her daughters, Julie Mackin (Dan) of Norwell and Katie Robertson (Eric) of Kingston; her grandchildren, Emma and Eric; and her siblings, Kathleen Sullivan of Hingham, Sheila Connelly (Michael) of Weymouth and James Sullivan (Nancy) of Hingham. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home - South (809 Main St, Weymouth, MA 02190). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
