She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Slocumb; and her parents, Rae Holzman and Harold Holzman. She is survived by: the mother of her child Mackenzie Slocumb; her stepson Nicholas Slocumb (Jackie) of Center Conway, NH.; her grandchildren, Emily, Avacyn and Walter Slocumb; and her sisters, Karen Dinsmore (late Steve) and Bennette Hirsch (Don).

In leu of flowers donations can be made out to Cops For Kids with Cancer and or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
