She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hughes and Helen Hughes (Quirk); her spouse Thomas C. Mealey; and her brother Donald J. Hughes Jr.. She is survived by: the mother of her child Carol Ann Mealey-Frey of Norwood; her son Robert (Debra Nickerson) of Norwood; her grandchildren, William (Lynda A. Grasso) of North Chelmsford, Thomas Frey (Colleen Hurley) of Bridgewater and Mark Frey of South Boston; and her siblings, Kathleen Lozier (Gene) of Norwood, James Hughes (Ann) of Norwood and David L. Hughes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
