We bid farewell to Eleanor M. Wenstrom of Norwood, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 12, 2025 at the age of 84. Eleanor touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William E. Wenstrom Sr.; her children, Linda J. DeShiro (John), Attleboro, James M. Wenstrom (Nancy) of Norwood, Kristopher O. Wenstrom (Sarah) of Norfolk and Kenneth P. Wenstrom (Deborah) of Canton; her grandchildren, Jeffrey DeShiro, Keri DeShiro, Andrew Wenstrom (Alyssa), Abbey Guay (Matthew), Julia Wenstrom, Justin Wenstrom, Nick Wenstrom, Rachel Wenstrom and Marisa Wenstrom; her great grandchildren, Andrew Wenstrom Jr., Ava Wenstrom and Matthew Guay Jr.; her parents, Charles Golden and Mary Golden (Burke); her siblings, Margaret Fournier (Francis), Dorothy Murphy (David), Joseph Golden, Marie DeMayo (Anthony), Charles Golden, William Golden (Elizabeth), Thomas Golden (Helen) and Harold Golden; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Wenstrom, Alice Wenstrom, Sophie Golden and Jean Golden. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-9959.

“Auntie Eleanor was such a kind, caring person. I remember her taking care of her sisters Dotty and Marie, then her brother Buddy (Charlie) with such grace and love. She was so faithful to them as she was the youngest and she felt she owed them so much for taking care of her when she was young, since they lost their parents so young. She will be missed terribly; however, there’s a party in heaven. They are all together again! See you soon Auntie Eleanor!”
