He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Costa and Norma Costa (Pensa); and his in-laws, Vincent and Marie Nazzaro. He is survived by: his wife Ellen (Nazzaro); his children, Jason Costa (Michaella) of Cumberland, RI and Amy Costa (Barry Hugo) of Norwood, MA; his grandchildren, Nolan, Lindsey and Tyler; and his brothers, Richard (Janice) and Stephen Costa (Molly). He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
