He is survived by: his parents, Paul Sullivan and Marie Sullivan; his stepparents, Marianne Sullivan and Matthew Bethoney; his sister Dawn O'Toole (Sean); his stepsiblings, Samantha Sakota (Dave), James Sakowicz, Matthew Bethoney Jr. (Diane), Frank Bethoney and Angela Patterson (Reade); his fiancé Lupe Romero; his daughter Cailyn; his nephews, Aidan and Gavin; and his niece Faye.
