He was predeceased by: his parents, Tadhg and Brid Costello; and his siblings, Mary Berry, Ann, Steve, Coleman, Pat and Martin.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara of Allston, MA.; and his children, RoseMarie Klimiata (Tom), Joseph (Margaret) of Sharon, Timothy, David (Marybeth) of Walpole, Paul (Kim) of Foxboro and Michael (Joanna) of Annapolis, MD.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
