We announce the death of Mary J. Broe (Norwood, Massachusetts), who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 86. Mary will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Broe, Jr.; her parents, Ellen M. Cogavin (Mahon) and Thomas F. Cogavin; and her sister Ellen Cogavin (Fran). She is survived by: her children, Maureen Dodig (Victor), Kerry Broe and Carole Hurley (Timothy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Thomas, Erin, Julia, Mary Kate, Nicholas and Jack; her sister Kathy Hogan (Mike); her sister-in-law Susan Sullivan (David); and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Melissa, Mark Hogan, Eric, Kevin Morreale and Jodi Callahan.
