She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Velasquez; her siblings, John Costello, Janet Hoye (Bryan), Paul Costello, Robert Costello, Fred Costello, Jean Forte and Kevin Costello (Marilyn); and her former husband Yorick Velasquez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
