He is survived by: his children, Christopher D. Marvin, John E. Marvin and Rene M. Milward (John); his siblings, Frank Stupak and Mary Gardner; and his grandchildren, Amanda E. O'Toole, Victoria A. Marvin, Samantha J. Milward and Kindall Marvin. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
