He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Harry" Holm and Eleanor Holm (Jordan). He is survived by: his wife Mary Holm (Mitchell); his children, Michael Holm (Heather), Matthew Holm (Molly) and Kristen Holm; and his grandchildren, MaryKate, Timothy, Matthew, James and Jacob. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
