In the sacred silence of farewell, Ruth is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ruth's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund S. Bagley and Winifred M. Bagley (Butler); and her brother James S. Bagley. She is survived by: her husband Bernard J. Patten of Norwood; her children, Barbara A. Patten of North Attleboro and David J. Patten of Norwood; her sister Carole M. Sipple of Maryland; and her sister-in-law Kathy (Frank Mitchell) of New Hampshire.
