He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phelan and Mary Phelan (Pendergast); and his wife Margaret Ann Phelan. He is survived by: his children, Mike (Linda), Tom (Donna), Tim (Jana) and Mary Ann (Mike); his daughter-in-law Trish; and his great grandchildren, Penelope, Evelyn, Keegan and Carmin.
