He was predeceased by: his father Calhoun Ludlow Harper Howard. He is survived by: his wife Janet Howard; his children, Maggie Howard of Vermont and Calhoun J. B. Howard of Oak Bluffs; his mother Dorothy Johnson Howard; and his sisters, Craigin Howard Salsgiver (Jim) and Susan Blair Howard. He is also survived by six beautiful nieces, many extended family members and dear friends.
