She was predeceased by: her parents, Caesar Monteiro and Anastatia Monteiro (Sweeney); her daughter Karen Lopes (Monteiro); her granddaughter Chelsea Miranda; and her siblings, Mary Rose Sylvia, Josephine "Maddie" Gonsalves, Caesar "Sam" Monteiro Jr., Lydia "Lilla" Pires, Anthony "Bobby" Monteiro and Robert "Robbie" Monteiro.
She is survived by: her spouse Glenn "Floogie" Monteiro; her children, Lisa Debonise (Mark) of Wareham, Glenn Monteiro Jr. (Jeannette) of Stoughton and Gina Monteiro (Brian Muise) of Wareham; her son-in-law Randy Lopes; her brother Edwin Monteiro of Onset; her sister-in-law Brenda Morrell of Wareham; and her grandchildren, Lauren Fernandes (Monteiro), Antonio Monteiro, Jonathan Monteiro and Brittany Monteiro. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
