With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean Marie Hartman of Onset, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Hartman; her son James Hartman Jr. (Jennifer) of Easton; and her siblings, Edward Gillooly, Francis Gillooly, Carol Smith, Catherine MacDougall, Mary E. Gillooly, Susan Jones and Dennis Gillooly.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Brennan (Stephen) of Onset, Catherine Barton (Christopher) of Dartmouth and Michael (Kristen Hartman) of Fort Myers, Florida.; her grandchildren, Michael Brennan, Matthew Brennan (Sophie), John Barton, Lauren Hartman, Brian Hartman, Sarah Hartman and Ava Hartman; her siblings, David Gillooly, John Gillooly and Patricia Robinson; and her friend Cadillacs.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley Funeral Home (358 Park St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (193 Main St, North Easton, MA 02356). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Furnace Village Cemetery (90 South St, South Easton, MA 02375).
