He is survived by: his spouse Laurie (Lazelle); his sons, Anthony Holbrook Jr. of Orange, Thomas Holbrook of Erving and Michael Holbrook of Erving; his grandchildren, Angelica Holbrook and Trevor Holbrook; and his sister Karen Holbrook of Northampton.
