He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Carey (Dowling) of Athol; his stepsons, John Turner (Tara) of Lowell and Matthew Turner of Newark, DE; his grandchildren, Claire Turner and Margo Turner; and his siblings, Sharon Humphrey (Ed) of North Carolina, Robert Carey (Mary) of Athol, Brian Carey (Donna) of North Carolina, Mike Carey (Linda) of North Carolina and Frank Carey (Amy) of California. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and grandnephews and grandnieces.
