He is survived by: his father Louis Medina of Athol; his wife Gloria Cruz (Serverius); his children, Alex Olivencia of Athol, Mya Cruz of Athol and Eva Cruz of Athol; his sister-in-law Deborah Serverius of Lawrence; and his parents-in-law, Margaret, James Gleason of Orange, Joanne and Edmond Ring of Derry, NH. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
