He was predeceased by: his brothers, Raymond Castine, Frank "Bud" Castine Jr. and Richard Castine. He is survived by: his wife Claire Castine (Carney) of Athol; his daughters, Kimberly Castine of Athol and Cheney Castine of Athol; his granddaughters, Kerry Chenausky (Stephen Todaro) of Belchertown and Meghan Chenausky (Tyler McFarland) of Sanford, Maine; and his great grandchild Vincent Todaro of Belchertown.
