We are sad to announce that, on January 14, 2023, at the age of 90, Eleanor M. (LaClaire) Wetherby (Orange, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LaClaire and Harriet LaClaire (Bourne); her husband Harold E. Wetherby; and her brothers, Alden LaClaire, Joseph LaClaire (Bud), Oliver LaClaire (Chub), James LaClaire, Roy LaClaire and Marion Norwood (Chipper).
She is survived by: her children, Renee Wingerstman of Petersham, Brenda Andrews of Londonderry, NH, Wendy Wetherby of Orange, Dotty Rich of Orange, Tracy Hamlett (Chip) of Orange, Brian Wetherby (Diane) of New Salem and Chris Wetherby (Kim) of Oxnard, CA.; her grandchildren, JoEllen Harris, Crystal Harris, Mark Wingerstman Jr., Scott Andrews, John Emery Jr., Ronald LaJoie Jr., Michelle Emery, Jill Shufelt, Nicole Wetherby, Jenny Gabrenas, Kathleen Wetherby, Christine Wetherby, Bradley Wetherby, Cameron Wetherby, Mackenzie Hamlett and Jayden Hamlett; her great grandchildren, Mya Harris, Elsie Rosenquist, Shelby LaJoie, Max LaJoie, Johnny Emery, Kayla Shufelt, Cody Shufelt, Richard Fairman IV, Hailey Gabrenas, Makiya, Aaliyah, Octavia Tie and Zyir; and her siblings, Phyllis Young of Bellows Falls, VT, June Graves of Erving and Leonard LaClaire of Leverett. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
