It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgette T. (Gillespie) Carey (Orange, Massachusetts), born in Barton, Vermont, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gillespie and Aldea Gillespie (Beliveau); her husband Frederick E. Carey; and her sisters, Simone Vorce of Orange and Rolande Lowe of Leominster.
She is survived by: her children, Carmen Gelinas (Bill) of Barre and Michael Carey (Lynn) of Livermore, CA; her grandchildren, Heidi Carey of Livermore, CA, Neil Carey (Crystal) of Livermore, CA and Will Gelinas of Hardwick; her great grandchildren, Audrey Carey and Haley Carey of Livermore, CA; and her grandchildren, Natalie, Ben and Sabrina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
