She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Lackey; her sons, Guy Lackey, James Lackey and Robert "Bobby" Lackey; and her brothers, Roy Howard, Earl Howard and Guy Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Rana of Athol, Les Lackey of North Brookfield and Michael Lackey (Debra) of Royalston. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
